At Cowgirl Coffee we pride ourselves on having friendly, trained baristas serving up quality products. We are a fast-paced fun environment. With 5 drive-thru locations across Flathead Valley, we’re always on the lookout for energetic baristas to join our team.

Experience is helpful, but not a deal breaker. At Cowgirl Coffee we require  every team member to go through a detailed training course with our in house espresso trainer.
